Michael Ossi earned his law degree from Stetson College of Law in 1984. During this time, he served as the editor of the Law Review. After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1985, Michael Ossi founded Ossi & Najem PA. Here, he remains dedicated to his clients and works tirelessly to ensure that they are spoken for and have the advocate and representation that they deserve.

At the beginning of his career, Mike Ossi spent the majority of his time representing victims of automobile accidents, faulty products, premises liability, and watercraft accidents. While he still takes on these cases, he has since developed an entertainment law practice, and currently practices in all of these areas.

In 2000, Ossi & Najem, P.A. developed an entertainment law division where Mike served as lead counsel for John Travolta for approximately ten years. Additionally, Mike has assisted in the legal work on productions that starred Oprah Winfrey, Denzel Washington, Samuel L. Jackson, Tim Allen, Martin Lawrence, James Gandolfini, Queen Latifah, The Rock, Jimmy Fallon, Salma Hayek, and more. In 2017, Ossi & Najem PA partnered with Entertainment One Television to develop and produce the reality T.V. series Siesta Key.

As a testament to his dedication to his clients and his excellence and professionalism as a lawyer, Mike has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the Florida Legal Elite for the past ten years. Furthermore, in the past, he has been voted number 1 out of 893,553 lawyers in America for two months in a row by Martindale-Hubbell. In 2012, Mike was appointed by Governor Rick Scott as vice-chairman of the Florida Film & Entertainment Advisory Council, and in 2014, he was selected by the National Trial Lawyers Association as one of the top 100 trial lawyers in the state of Florida.
